An engineering graduate of the Lyon INSA (National Institute for the Applied Sciences) holding an MBA from the ESCP-EAP (European School of Management in Paris), Stéphane AUBARBIER started his career in the Assystem group where, after some time holding operational positions, he took over the development of the automotive sector.
Subsequently, Stéphane turned his talents to marketing to work on the service offers within the ABB group. He successively occupied the positions of Director of the maintenance contracts division for France, then for Southern Europe, finally taking over ABB Service’s Marketing and Business Development Management for Southern Europe.
In June 2002, Stéphane joined Assystem’s Executive Committee to steer the Process Business Unit and develop the engineering activities. Since January 2005, Stéphane is Executive Vice-President of the Assystem group.
Between 2012 and 2014 Stéphane was the president of Syntec Ingénierie (French federation gathering engineering companies). He is now a member of the CSFN (French nuclear industry strategic committee) board.
Senior Vice President MPH
A graduate of Grenoble Business School, Franck LADEGAILLERIE began his career in the automobiles international department of Peugeot, in charge of the development of the brand in the eastern Europe and CIS countries, before joining ABB Group in the field of maintenance developing outsourcing maintenance services in the industrial sector ( pulp & paper, automotive, beverage and aeronautics).
Franck, then moved to marketing & communication for Cospirit Group, in charge of developing media consulting services for the retail sector in Europe (Carrefour, Auchan, Leroy Merlin), before being appointed as Sales Director for the sportswear brand Sun Valley in charge of sales development in North America and Japan as well as for the retail brands Intersport, Decathlon and Sport 2000.
In 2005, Franck joined Assystem as Key Account Manager for large automotive and energy accounts such as Renault and Framatome. He then moved to Dubai in 2013 to develop international engineering activities in the Middle East, South East Asia and eastern countries including Russia as well as in Turkey.
Early 2018, Franck was appointed Managing Director of MPH, the manpower supply subsidiary of Assystem which is headquartered in Dubai.
Chief Financial Officer
Louise Willot joined Assystem in 2013 as Financial Controller for the MPH business unit taking over the position of CFO of MPH in 2015. She was responsible for re-designing MPH’s finance and controlling function after the acquisition and implementing cross-functional job management processes and business plans computation for new implantations.
Managing a team of 25 from MPH’s Dubai office Louise ensures the company business objectives and financial gains remain on course.
Louise spent six years with Ernst & Young in Paris as an audit and advisory manager, where she gained her sound grounding in finance. She then spent 2 years in South Korea to set up E&Y local French Business Centre, providing financial expertise to Korean subsidiaries of French companies.
An industry expert with more than 25 years of successful experience in full life cycle recruiting and business development, Bernard Jacobin has a proven ability to foster relationships with C-Suite and senior executives in the oil & gas industry.
Bernard a process engineer began his career in 1990 with Alphatem Services in France and worked in the field gaining first-hand experience as project engineer on a solvent pyrolysis pilot project. During his time there he worked in various roles including sales and as Quality Assurance Manager. The field knowledge gained early in his career stood him well to take on the role of Director of Operations with MPH in 1997.
In 2014 Bernard moved to Dubai and took over the position of Commercial Director. In this role he continues to develop the business in the oil & gas and nuclear sector across the globe supported by a strong team in its offices in Russia, Malaysia, Singapore, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, China, Nigeria and France.
Nazneen Ishack has over a decade of experience under her belt as a Recruitment specialist and has worked in various roles as recruitment consultant and deputy recruitment manager before taking on the role of Operations Director in 2011.
In her role as Operations Director Nazneen brings vast experience and manages a team of 28 people who service global accounts such as Total, Shell, Technip, Sidem, Veolia, Dusup, Saudi ARAMCO, Saipem, Areva, Alstom and Siemens. Her experience in recruitment holds her in good stead with her colleagues where she earns their respect for knowing the business inside out providing senior counsel to clients and internally.
