    Duties:

    • Promote & comply with applicable safety instruction and other Company HSE procedures in all activities
    • Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed Company priorities and objectives, Company standards and procedures and good industry practices
    • Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality
    • Contract Tender Phase
    • Administer the tendering process during CFT for FSO to ensure the "due process" is respected and timely progress is achieved, including preparation and issuance of communication documentation with Tenderers, organisation of tender clarification meetings, organisation of tender correspondence, update of a register and filing, etc.:
    • Prepare the Call for Tender documentation and specific Tender and Tender Evaluation Procedures in line with Project and Company procedures.
    • Ensure consistency in various contract documentations and deliverables and ITT documents
    • -Liaise with the relevant Major Projects Manager(s) in Charge on technical issues (DUET) to ensure that these are adequately incorporated into the tender process.
    • -Collaborate with various cross departments to ensure timely CFT preparation and readiness
    • Manage, monitor and control (in liaison with C&P entity) all required contractual process for CFT, ensure that all recommendations are made as per the best contractual and commercial terms
    • -Ensure Project team are kept up to date with tender progress and developments, obtain any necessary attendance at meetings and obtain all necessary approvals.
    • -Prepare clarification meetings with potential bidders during various stage of CFT
    • -Actively report CFT progress and advise on potential delays, put forward suggestions for improvements in cost and schedule
    • -Validate Tenderer compliance with Bank Guarantee, Parent Company Guarantee requirements, Insurances and the like.
    • -Evaluate contractual proposals and assist in evaluation of technical and commercial proposals where applicable.
    • -Assist in the preparation of the Tender Recommendation Report and the Recommendation to Award.
    • -Prepare and participate to the contract committee.
    • Prepare final contract documents and obtain signatures for execution of the contract.
    • Manage close out the Pre-contract phase (e.g. notification of unsuccessful Tenderers, storage of tender documentation and correspondence, etc).
    • Contract Execution Phase
    • Post award, the Contracts Engineer is directly responsible for ensuring the Contracts assigned are executed in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and conditions and that Company interest is protected at all times:
    • Develop within area of responsibility: Project Contract procedures and execution plans
    • Provide advice to the Company representative on contractual issues, and prepare / validate all contractual correspondence.
    • Update of a correspondence register and filing.
    • Analyse requests for change orders, and prepare / validate change order documents where appropriate.
    • Handle Contractor claims, prepare counter claims - liaise with Project team & HQ as necessary
    • Ensure all contractual certificates, guarantees and insurances required under the Contract are in place and in the due time.
    • Prepare certificates to be issued to Contractor by Company in accordance with the contract.
    • Coordinate the processing of Contractor's monthly applications for payment, and verifying invoice submissions.
    • The Contracts Engineer is responsible for maintaining a database which tracks existence and the evolution of contracts, change orders, certificates, approvals and the like during the life of the project for the Contracts assigned.
    • The Contracts Engineer is responsible for the maintenance of all contractual data necessary to be recorded in PALM (ERP system) for establishing commitments, their follow up and invoice payment for Contracts assigned.
    • To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in Total or MOQ contract management MANDATORY
    • Graduate degree from a recognized University in the discipline.
    • Graduate with a good level of contractual understanding, with at least 10 years' experience of contracts management on onshore/offshore oil & gas project.
    • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with sound communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of ARIBA for tender execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform duties as Train Attendant/Train Driver for T&C Activities on line Extension of Dubai Metro Network.
    • Operate/Drive/Shunt/Stable the test train safely according to test plan.
    • Assist in Coupling/Uncoupling/Resetting Alarms of test train during T&C activities.
    • Strictly observe the HS&E, TO test procedures and test instruction during test execution.
    • Adhere to Instructions of duty TOCC Traffic Controller/Supervisor.
    • Liaise closely with the TOCC supervisor, TC controllers and T&C PIC/Engineer advice/instructions.
    • Request/Obtain Protections and additional instructions e.g. Sector Limit Boards, Red Flashing Lights, SPKS, Standing Train Protection, where applicable.
    • Ensuring Safety rules from all the test attendees on board during T&C activities.
    • Record the test condition on board: testing hours, Shunting, Faults/Alarms in a test Train and log book update.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the TOCC Supervisor, or his Delegate person.

    This job description is only applicable for the test phase not for the passenger service.

    Educational Requirements

    Scope summary

    Root Cause Investigator that can deliver the below such as :

    1. Perform or mentor root cause evaluations for significant events to determine organizational and programmatic causal factors, human performance causal factors, and equipment failures.

    2. Experienced technical writer in order to deliver high-quality RCE reports.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    · Responsible for the Project implementation of the SIMOPS and Emergency Plan for work at Lot W2/W3 during RQ-1 well P&A activity to enable the Project work by its Contractors to be safely executed.
    · Maintains frequent communication with RQ-1 well P&A work teams (Qatar Petroleum Contractor and Third Party Service Providers) to review their scope of work including possible stand-downs of activities on Lot W2/W3 prior to the mobilization of the drilling rig to the Lot W2/W3 site.
    · Acts as the main focal point for the Project in dealing with RQ-1 well P&A team.
    · Ensures that all the Project personnel working on Lot W2/W3 during SIMOPS conditions are equipped with necessary safety equipment and trained and drilled to ensure safe execution of work.
    · Coordinates with RQ-1 P&A team on a day to day basis and provides clear information and safety recommendation to the Project Contractors (ESW and/or EPC Contractor) regarding the status of the P&A activity.

    · Provides direct over sight, input and recommendations on safety equipment, contractor technicians and ensures that all inspection testing and maintenance are performed per the inspection requirements (e.g. breathing apparatus, escape sets, gas detectors).
    · Manages all RQ-1 SIMOPS & Emergency Management related training, including practical training and drills with support of emergency equipment supplier.
    · Leads the daily pre-work Safety brief (toolbox talks) and task instructions with relevant personnel from ESW and/ or EPC Contractor to ensure that relevant information regarding RQ-1 P&A activity and NFE SIMOPS and Emergency plan is discussed.
    · Coordinates and leads investigation of incidents and identify root causes and make recommendation to eliminate or reduce re occurrences.
    · Leads site safety and emergency response.
    · Supports the on-boarding of EPC-1 Contractor and the SHES transition from ESW to EPC, including the development and close out of 'Go/No-Go Checklist' prior to mobilization to site of EPC-1 Contractor.
    · Reviews and provides input to the ESW to EPC SHES Transition deliverables that will be developed by EPC contractors.
    · Ensures that the ESW to EPC SHES Transition plan is communicated to all relevant parties
    · Provides oversight on the implementation of the SHES transition plan for EPC-1 and EPC-2 Contractors where there is a potential for overlapping activities (SIMOPS).

    Minimum Requirements:

    · Bachelor or Associates degree in Engineering/ Science or Diploma (at NVQ level 5) in Occupational Health and Safety preferred and ten (10+) years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry in SHES field.
    · Worldwide experience with EPC Contractors and construction sub-contractors in particular those involved in the construction of onshore production facilities as well as drilling operations (onshore or offshore).
    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
    · Strong teamwork, facilitation, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.

    • To issue a detailed internal cost report (Trends, Areas of Concern, Budget Variance analysis, Commitment/Expenditure figures, Forecast at completion etc.) with comments and advise Project Management on cost over-runs in a timely manner
    • To ensure correct and auditable records of all matters with Project expenditures, contracts, budgets, cash flows, forecasts, etc.
    • To act as the interface with the company (Client) Finance entity and provide them with data for incorporation in corporate financial documents

    • Takes part in the work of the commission to investigate the causes of injuries, accidents, accidents and defects in the energy housing and develops preventive measures to avoid occurrence
    • Organizes implementation of commissioning works on newly commissioned and reconstructed equipment, ventilation installations and power networks by the energy services forces or by involving third-party specialized organizations, participates in the commissioning of technological equipment
    • Organizes operation of the water supply and sewage facilities of the enterprise, together with the department of labor protection and safety engineering and technical services, carries out technical control over the quality of industrial effluent discharged from the bases of subcontractors
    • Corrects technical documentation on the basis of reconstruction projects of existing energy communications of the enterprise

    Requirements

    • Hungarian-native, English-upper- intermediate
    • Higher education in Nuclear Industry (preferable)
    • Valid Hungarian license in the power industry
    • Work experience in the area at least 3 years (preferable) / Heavy Machinery / Energy
    • Knowledge of existing standards and technical provisions in Hungary
    • Knowledge of requirements to the technical documentation, materials, structures, equipment and accessories to be delivered to the construction site
    • Knowledge of risk identification procedure and damageability
    • Experience in managing of staff teams and subcontractor teams at the site
