  • Primary Purpose of the Job

    Enhance information security posture of the company (IT and OT) by assessing and managing the risks as per the corporate information security risk management standard. Assuring effective mitigation and communication of the risks to the management and business owners. Be an expert advisor (Technical and administrative) for management of the risks.

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Ensure compliance to Corporate Information Security Risk Management Standard;
    • Perform risk management during multiple phases of project lifecycle;
    • Identify critical information systems and supporting systems for the company business processes and projects;
    • Conduct periodic / Adhoc information security risk assessments for IT and OT landscape;
    • Evaluate existing information security controls, impact and information security risks;
    • Propose cost effective information security controls for the remediation of risks;
    • Communicate risks and the mitigation actions to the business stakeholders;
    • Provide support and expert advice during implementation of controls and remediation of the risks;
    • Develop risks acceptance reports and communicate risks to the business if required;
    • Perform assurance of information security controls;
    • Develop and manage information security risk register;
    • Define metrics for continuous monitoring and reporting of effectiveness of the controls;
    • Develop and Maintain security controls framework in compliance with state law, international standards and best practices;
    • Review and provide security inputs in the form of SOW, contractual agreements, security controls, etc. for the scope of the projects and solutions;
    • Drive, implement and manage security projects for the department;
    • Provide security advisory services by supporting the business in cyber and information security requirements;
    • Be the security advisor for the IT change management board;
    • Provide visibility into the information security risk profile due to lack of security controls and the effectiveness;

    Decision Making Authority

    Inform and report information security risks to business stakeholders and information security management. Validate information security mitigation plans implementation.

    This position requires extensive technical skills in both OT and IT domains. Deep knowledge on identifying, classifying, and evaluation of information security risks. The position require technical knowledge in providing the most cost effective controls. He/she must be able to develop/ validate mitigation plans.

    • Bachelor degree in information security, computer science, or systems engineering
    • Professional certifications related to Information security like IS027001 , IS027005, CISSP, CISA, GIAC, CEH or others
    • 10 years of relevant professional experience.

    • Ability to communicate the urgency and severity of complex risk scenarios in simple language

    The job holder is accountable for the following activities during CLIENTBatch 1 Topsides Contract execution:

    • To implement the Major Project Quality Management System at Project level,
    • To ensure the performance of the Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors is achieving the Project Quality requirements,
    • To coordinate all Quality Control activities,
    • To implement the CLIENT Technical Referential and applicable local and international codes.
    • To insure that Quality requirements are well established and implemented by the Contractor during detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, transportation and offshore installation works.
    • To assist other technical disciplines in the implementation of Quality Requirements.
    • The CLIENTBatch 1 Topsides QA/QC Coordinator has an Hierarchical Link to the Topsides Package CSR and to the Head Projects QA/QC. He/she has a Functional Link to ClientWelding Engineer and others Technical Specialists for all technical matters involving quality control activities.

    ACTIVITIES

    • To review and approved the Quality Documentation issued by the Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors.
    • To implement the QC activities based on the criticality assessment.
    • Coordinate the Surveillance activities through the supply chain.
    • Coordinate the QC activities during construction at Contractor yard and during Offshore Hook-up,
    • Participate in the establishment and implementation of a suitable Audit Program to cover Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors main critical processes.
    • Implement continual improvement processes, (Reporting, KPI, Lessons Learned, Close Out Report).
    • Issue or review Contractor Non Conformance reports and validate dispositions. Intervene as necessary where warranted.
    • Review and approved the material certificates.
    • Review and approved the different inspection reports issued by the Contractor.
    • Witness inspection activities based on the Quality Control Plan (ITP).
    • Be the focal point for the Major Projects Welding Engineer.
    • Ensure that verification activities by the Certifying Authority are in line with Contract requirement.
    • Ensure that CTR's personnel are qualified for the task they've been assigned to
    • Ensure that material traceability system is maintained throughout the fabrication process
    • Manage all Company quality inspections related to welding and NDT activity.
    • Participate in the weekly meeting and in the issuance of weekly report and KPIs.
    • In coordination with Head Projects QA/QC, participate in Contractor investigations of significant Quality failures. Ensure proper root cause analysis of Contractor Quality failures is undertaken, and conclusions are reached and corrective actions undertaken.
    • Review and validate manufacturing records books.







    • HSE Supervision of the Construction activities: ensure that the work is carried out in compliance with client's values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed client priorities and objectives, client's standards and procedures and good industry practices.
    • Perform, in a regular basis, Health & Safety inspections in compliance with CPY HSE policy and expectations
    • Perform HSE audits in accordance with Contract requirements
    • Ensure that all works are performed without any risk for surrounding areas.

    • Scaffolding : ensure that Contractor and its subcontractors comply with the scaffolding requirements. Check, inspect and monitor that area is barricaded during erection and dismantling of scaffolding, that scaffolding is erected, modified and dismantled only by qualified personnel, that scaffolders are using appropriate fall protection, that scaffolding material is appropriate for their use and compliant to standards. Ensure that the scaffolding tagging system is well implemented and that scaffolding inspections are carried out periodically by qualified personnel. Obtain and review procedures, certificates and drawings related to scaffolding
    • Lifting: Monitor site lifting activities. Expediting and monitoring applicable lifting plans Attend to all critical lifting. Perform lifting gears and equipment inspections, and check if they are in line with the inspection and color coding. Ensure that defected gears and equipment are moved and banned from the Project Construction area. Check that all lifting material and equipment are used within the correct weight limits. Check lifting performances related communications between associated lifting personnel and the identification of the Person in charge. Ensure that there will be NO load lifting activities over personnel and the warnings precautions and barriers. Ensure correct slinging & rigging of materials prior to be lifted

    CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

    • To verify that HSE rules are understood, respected and implemented on site, and to ensure safe working practices are used by Contractors along all phases of project.
    • To monitor the implementation of actions following analysis of accidents, incidents, audits and inspections.
    • Key participant of the reporting system for anomalies, incidents and accidents. To review, comment or complete as appropriate. To monitor its effectiveness.
    • As required, to participate in HSE studies and support operational teams for risk analysis as part of preparation works in view of On & Offshore operations in client's project Field
    • To manage the supply of HSE material, equipment and products (e.g. PPE, evacuation masks, life rafts…). He will coordinate with CONTRACTORS to ensure adequate material and tools for HSE are mobilized on time.(for Onshore and Offshore Campaigns

    • Coordinate with the BIM team to generate the layout files for station floors and import these into the CCTV configuration tool.

    • Use the configuration tool to generate the data files and script files for the configuration that is to be deployed for the respective station.
    • Coordinate with the project logistics to setup the server & storage hardware for the respective station on the staging platform.
    • Perform system administration tasks to setup the respective virtual machines to be ready for deployment of configuration data.
    • Deploy the configuration data generated from the CCTV configuration tool on to the servers.
    • Verify the deployment of the configuration data is done without any faults or errors.
    • Install OS on the NVR/s server, configure the NVR/s server and the storage as per the configuration plan and deploy the configuration for the respective NVR/s.
    • Use the operator's application on the operator workstation to verify and validate the data deployed. Such verification includes but not limited to:
    • Verify the respective operator can login with the correct credentials.
    • Verify the operator application layout & maps/layout/schematics are loaded as per the operator profile.
    • Verify the camera symbols match to the source AutoCAD Drawings, the camera names are as per the configuration document, the camera info panel reflects the cameras status i.e. camera is online and recording.
    • Verify the cameras are being recorded on the NVR for both seam less and playback recording.
    • Once the CCTV configuration deployed is verified & validated to work in standalone mode. The CCTV Technician shall proceed with the configuration for the redundancy of the NVR. Once the configuration for NVR redundancy is done, it has to be tested and verified to work.
    • Finally the VMs & NVR for the VMS part are made offline, the servers & storage are dismantled from the racks, packed and tagged for the respective station and handed over to the logistics team in order for the installation team to install it on site.
    • Verify & Validate the server & storage are installed at respective locations, the interconnections on the server are done as per the drawings and configuration data on the site.

    WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

    3+ years' experience in VMS & related IT systems and software with the following systems/technology:

    • Should possess the skills to administer basic level system administration tasks in both Windows Server and Desktop environment and Linux server administration, in Linux redhat/centos will be a plus.

    • Coordinate with engineering to ensure technical answers are in compliance with project specifications and procedures, the Company's specifications, discipline requirements and international codes (SOLAS, MARPOL, ASME, API, IEC), Class requirements (e.g. BV offshore rules) with respect of cost, schedule and required level of quality and safety applicable to this project
    • Review and coordinate, in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements, the various documents issued by Contractors
    • Identification of any optimization / improvement in the design dossier to be implemented in the early stage of concept design
    • Promote alternatives design to reduce and to optimize planning and costs
    • Identify potential deviations from the Company's referential and report these to the Engineering Manager for final decision on whether or not to implement
    • Ensure close coordination with other disciplines and other packages
    • Ensure that relevant feedback from previous similar projects are considered in the design performance
    • Participate actively in technical decision making, in meetings with potential Contractors and vendors
    • Participate in the technical analysis of offers and assist in vendor selection
    • Assistance in the finalization of contractual documents
    • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with Contractors, and in specific ad hoc meetings as required by management
    • Provide technical answers to technical queries and/or provide support to engineering team in order to answers to queries
    • Manage assistance from shareholder specialists (remote head office), when required
    • Participate in the project reviews sessions when requested with the Company, Contractors and vendors teams
    • Provide technical answers and clarifications to internal project audit sessions (PR, HAZOP, etc.)
    • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning aspects that will have been assigned to him

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

    • Engineering and / or Business degree and /or diploma with experience in oil and gas industry in multi-discipline engineering, procurement and construction environment.
    • 10 years' experience for degree holder or 15 years' experience for diploma holder in similar position in Oil & Gas sector. Experience in GCC is desirable.
    • Previous experience supervising and managing EPC Contractor is required.
    • Previous experience in Project Management role is required.
    • The candidate should have sound working knowledge on materials for offshore platforms and subsea pipelines.

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Detect and respond to information security incidents leveraging tools and processes provided.
    • Provide direct communication to affected users in the event of security incidents.
    • Monitor, research, analyses and understand log sources originating from security and networking devices such as firewalls, routers, proxy, anti-virus products, and operating systems in search of indicators of compromise.
    • Perform analysis and technical reviews of vulnerability assessments on all systems, applications and interfaces using detection/ prevention tools and threat intelligence data.
    • Research/Deep Dive into activity logs and security events detected by a SIEM to identify potential exploitation methods and record activities within operational management systems (e.g., ticketing systems).
    • Provide analytical support to Tier 3 activities and mitigation suggestions in the context of a security incident.
    • Generate reports per shift based on defined KPIs and shift's activities.

    QUALIFICATIONS I KNOWLEDGE I SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
