    JOB OBJECTIVE:

    Working on Doha Metro Project as LAN-WAN System T&C Engineer, to support onsite end to end LAN-WAN system testing and commissioning.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support Installation team regarding LAN-WAN system implementation
    • Liaise and share support to offshore testing team, in test platform
    • Lead backbone LAN-WAN Network system testing with customer
    • Liaise with operational team for system technical queries and demonstrating functionalities
    • Attending clients meeting on need basis
    • Perform FAT,PCC, PAC, SAT and integration tests
    • Coordinate and support design team regarding system issues & troubleshooting
    • Prepare System tests reports and submission for approvals

    WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven experience in LAN-WAN big networks, on site testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and surveys.
    • Have Strong knowledge of network protocols, Multicasting, Dynamic routing.
    • Have good hands on experience on MPLS, BGP, OSPF protocols
    • Systems Test and Commissioning experience in Windows and systems software.
    • Good knowledge on network communication protocols with respect to fire detection and alarm system
    • Experience in working with system LAN-WAN management software
    • Ability to identify technical problems and propose solutions.
    • Experience in supporting RAMS/System assurance teams
    • Hands on experience in testing and commissioning of Fire detection and alarm systems.

    SCOPE OF SERVICES DETAILS
    Responsible for enhancing the Governance and Reporting Framework of Operational Readiness Control Center. The
    Governance and Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting the ORCC management through creating, developing,
    and implementing efficient reporting and tracking systems that will collect and report key measures and data at the program level to support the Operational Readiness Control Center (ORCC) and Corporate activities.

    Key Activities and Responsibilities:

    • Development and Implementation of ORCC Governance and Reporting Framework
    • Develop the governance and reporting framework that will support the organization's requirements including the development of reporting templates, dashboards, and KPIs in line with Integrated Management System (NIMS).
    • Identify ORCC's administration and reporting requirements.

    • Liaise with Scheduling and Schedule Owner to develop a P6 Schedule (What-if Analysis) as part of the action plan, if required.
    • Understand any potential impacts to Scope, Schedule and / or Planning Basis to determine if interaction with the Change Control process is required.
    • Work in partnership with the Risk Team to update the ARM Risk Register status and mitigation activities derived from the action plan and approach.
    • Initiate and maintain stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the intervention's lifecycle.
    • Identify and document problem areas that may introduce risk to achieving the ORCC schedule milestones for achieving Fuel Load and Commercial Operations.

    Purpose of the Job

    • Provide technical support to assigned project.
