    Job Role & Responsibilities:

    Scope of work

    Organises arrival/departure procedures for export tankers,

    Pilot the export tanker to/from mooring point (loading buoy or tandem position),

    During an emergency, manage to secure the off-load tanker and/or coordinate disconnection operations

    Assists and provide marine advice during approach and mooring of a export tanker.

    Inspect the export tanker, complete the HSE and Security check lists,

    Inspect site support vessels,

    Allow or refuse berthing operations,

    Supervise tanker de-ballasting,

    Apply valid HSE rules, international and National regulations codes and standards,

    Ensure communication between tanker and FPSO is maintained during loading operation,

    Check volume calculations for exported batch,

    Supervise the 1st Level corrective and preventive maintenance plan for all equipment associated with marine and logistic operations including Mooring equipment and tools, work boat, SBM equipment’s, tandem equipment’s

    Responsible for spare part management of equipment associated with his duties.

    Advisor to the COMPANY for the completion of cargo documents (BL, LOP, etc…)

  • Role Summary: 
    The PPLM is the single interface of the Project Manager coordinating all Sourcing, Procurement and Logistics activities on a portfolio of project. He/she is fully responsible for the overall fulfilment of the procurement activities and commitments in the project, including on time delivery, quality and cost as per the negotiated by Sourcing team.

    Responsibilities:

    •  Owning quality, costs (as negotiated by sourcing) and on time delivery of the material and services for the Project.
    •  Co-owning the Engineering Procurement Plan for the scope, where applicable
    •  Work with cross functional teams like Engineering, Sourcing to ensure the on-time delivery of documents (drawings, quotations, etc.) required to be obtained from suppliers. Ensure timely issuance of the purchase orders.
    •  Owning the budget related to material, maintain and monitor the budget.
    •  Periodic progress monitoring and reporting to his management. 

    •  Support the bundling activities in the project which includes convening periodic meetings of stakeholders.
    •  Establishes the procurement schedule.
    •  Coordinates offsite and on-site procurement activities for the project.
    •  Interface as required in coordination with project director, commodity leaders and supplier quality responsible.
    •  Coordinate to ensure the on-time issuance of purchase requisitions in the respective system to ensure timely placement of POs
    •  Follows up timely closure of NCRs (site and Shop) related to suppliers
    •  Supports Commodity Leaders and Buyers in obtaining technical specifications from engineering on-time.
    •  Participates in and/ or initiates periodic (preferably weekly) project meetings with the participation of quality, lead engineering, planning, logistics, project engineering manager etc. as applicable, who interface with sourcing at various stages and generates record notes/action list from these meetings and follows up on the actions.
    •  Regularly reviews the fulfilment by suppliers of all contractual requirements in regards to customs and duties with the support of the concerned function (taxation, expediting, Logistics etc.)
    •  Oversees claim management with the suppliers in coordination with Commodity leader/Buyer and the project.
    •  Effectively distributes and communicates relevant project information within the Procurement team.
    •  Establishes the monthly progress report, cost summary sheet and claim summary sheet.
    •  Responsible for reporting monthly progress, supplier claims and project cost summary to procurement management and into the project. Regularly updates suppliers cash out & project milestone recognition related to procurement.
    •  Represents procurement in Project meetings internally and externally, if so required by Project Director.
    •  Ensures invoices are released in accordance with the process in place.
    •  Supports compliance with the Quality and EHS rules as applicable to the sourcing function.
    •  Consolidates experience feedback to the Commodity Leaders.
    •  Supports the PPL in fulfilling the overall project targets and works in alignment.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree from accredited university / college
    • vast experience in sourcing and in a leadership role related to project procurement
    • Open to Indonesian nationality only.
    • Experience as Project Manager / Tender Project Manager / Senior Purchaising Manager or Sales Project Manager.
    • Good understanding of legal/contractual aspects of an EPC contract.
    • Risk management knowledge. Ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams.
    • Good communicator and team work capability.
    • Negotiation skills either with supplier base or with customers. 
    • General knowledge of purchasing standards, policies, procedures, and Sourcing management philosophy.

    Having experience of car body integration with bogie, understanding of car body structure, managing weight & wheel load distribution and calibration, car body setting for final assembly as complete vehicle, safety considerations in the car body-bogie interface, car body structure and compatibility with equipment loads etc. will be an added advantage.

    • Undertake the development of car body 3D model of existing metro cars with structural details and interfaces as required for new interiors as replacement of older ones. Since the client is undertaking refurbishment works, re-engineering on the structures, models & interfaces would be an important responsibility

    About the Position

    This position is part of the engineering design team. The Mechanical Engineer would be assessing  the structure carbody concerns due to  integration of the new equipment in the context of the refurbishment, develop interfaces of interiors with the carbody, design the brackets, carbody interior design, material selection and  developing structural interfaces. The Mechanical Integration Engineer needs also to interface with the Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) for carbody and bogie structure aspects.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support the mechanical design team in order to ensure that the main constrains in terms of carbody structure are respected.
    • Assess the correct application of EN 12663, UIC 566, UIC 615 and UIC 515 in the context of the carbody and bogie structure assessment.
    • Assess the structure design in term of Fire Barrier protection.
    • Review and approve the Mechanical Integration documentation which determine the design of the mechanical interface/fixing of the equipment with the carbody structure.
    • Produce relevant mechanical integration documentation (calculation notes, drawings…) required by the project.
    • Assess the 3D models and FEM analyses conducted for mechanical integration matters.
    • Undertake the development of carbody 3D model of existing metro cars with structural details and interfaces. Being  refurbishment works, re-engineering on the structures, models & interfaces would be an important responsibility   
    • Good knowledge of composites , panels, relevant standards
    • Develop  concept designs of  the interiors including seats, flooring, ceilings, ducts , lighting  systems , air conditioning system,  draught screens etc.
    • Develop industrial designs for presentation to customer
    • Select suitable material by having wide range of knowledge on the cost effective solution using the materials approved for being used in metro car
    • Review and approve the Mechanical Integration documentation to determine the design of the mechanical interface/fixing of the equipment with the carbody structure.
    • Support the Production team in terms of industrialization/methods for the mechanical integration of the new equipment.
    • Ensure that safety constraints is considered in design, standards, specification, procedures, and maintenance documents.

    CHAMP D'APPLICATION:

    • Les contraintes de chantiers (montage et essais) lors des réunions techniques afin de les faire prendre en phase d’études.
    • Le contrôle des plans de montage et des nomenclatures de matériel livrées
    • Les limites de fournitures/prestations entre le génie civil et le montage
    • Les limites de fournitures/prestations entre le montage et les essais
    • Le cahier des charges des installations provisoires de chantier, y compris la stratégie de stockage local le dossier Construction le dossier Montage et son Plan qualité associé Fiches et procédures d’essais vierges,
    • Les plans de consignation si besoin la lite des outillages nécessaires au montage et aux essais s’assurera de leur mise à disposition sur site (achat, location, transport)

    • Le plan HSE (ou PPSPS / PDP) et analyse des risques

    Proposal Coordinator:

    Reports to the Proposal Manager, and is responsible for:

            Act as a single point of contact between all internal departments, Customer and Management.

            Lead/ Manage the bid preparation process ensuring that Company procedures are followed.

            Implementation of the directions and strategy of the Management to the bid preparation process.

            Fully up to date on every aspect of Proposal preparation/status.                              

    Tasks and Responsibilities - Specific responsibilities of the Proposals Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:

            Review Tender Documents including the Instructions to Tenderers, Scope of Work, Key Contract Dates, Commercial price forms and terms of payment as a minimum.

            Initiate all required documents and pro-formats as detailed in the Level 2 Procedures.

            Co-ordinate the distribution of Documents via a document distribution matrix, utilizing both hard copy and electronic media.

            Co-ordinate Bid Kick off meetings in conjunction with the Estimators, Bid Project Manager and schedule progress meeting as required.

            Ensure that the Bid development and bid inputs remain in accordance with the Capture Plan strategies developed in advance (or as subsequently revised).

            Monitor Engineering or Subcontract or Priced Services for Bid Support Budgets and advise Proposal Manager of any potential overruns.

            Establish the Bidding Schedule and communicate requirements to all inputting departments.

            Update schedule as required in the event of extensions being granted.

            Monitor progress of the Bidding activity and highlight concerns to the Proposal Manager.

            Set up, maintain a Bid Clarification register to log and monitor pre-bid correspondence for the Proposal.

            Review and identify any inconsistencies in the Invitation to Tender Documents.

            Coordinate receipt of, and issue, requests for Clarification. Distribute clarification responses and Bid Addenda as received from Customer.

            Direct and provide guidance to the Assembly coordinators for the compilation of the Proposal Document intended for submission to the Customer. Establish in advance requirements for Binders, inserts, Cover pages, labels, envelopes and storage cases for final delivery.

            Review commercial inputs and check that there are no significant errors, inconsistencies, oversight, and that the execution plan inputs are in accordance with the Capture Plan strategies. Highlight any concerns to the relevant inputting contact.

            Ensure that technical and internal bid review inputs are received in the requested format.

            Expedite inputs to ensure that the bidding schedule is not jeopardized.

            Prepare Technical/Commercial qualifications listing for review.

            Ensure reports as defined in the procedure document to satisfy Management bid review requirements.

            Provide input to various reports associated with the Business Development Group.

            Review regularly the Proposal Document, to ensure that the requirements of the Customer are fully satisfied in terms of format, content and consistency.

            Ensure the correct delivery arrangements have been made and confirmed in advance as required.

            Coordinate Prequalification inputs/ submissions as per Level 2 procedure.

            Any other task that Proposals Manager assigns.

            The Proposals Manager may assign other responsibilities as necessary.
