    Work Status : Rotation 28 days ON / 28 days OFF - with possible mission to project premises (onshore/ in the country).

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Occupational Health and Safety recognized certification.
    • Extensive experience in offshore brownfield Oil and Gas EPCIC project involving SimOps & shutdown.
    • Offshore construction and installation experience is mandatory.
    • Professional experience 10 years and 5 years on similar activities at equivalent position.
    • Previous experience in e-Cow PTW system is preferred.
    • Knowledge of international safety legislation, codes of practice, etc., audit/inspection techniques and procedures.
    • Thorough understanding of HSE management systems and risk management processes.
    • Appropriate formal HSE training course.

    ACTIVITIES

    • Ensure strict of COMPANY HSE requirements and Policies and local rules and legislation by all personnel at offshore.
    • Ensure that F-DBN project objectives are well disseminated and HSE actions are in place to meet the same.
    • Promote safety culture within COMPANY personnel and CONTRACTOR and reporting Safety Observations and incentive schemes as applicable.
    • Ensure that CONTRACTOR comply with safety rules, all the time and take immediate corrective actions, in case of non-compliance.
    • Focus on the early identification of potential problems and propose appropriate solutions to site management.
    • Attend/conduct regular PTW coordination meetings with CONTRACTOR representatives and SITE Management to discuss and agree on safety standards, concerns, and potential hazards.
    • Maintain and share with production PTW controller, a PTW register on a daily basis.
    • Monitor and identify any clashes and verify the effectiveness in implementation and execution of the PTW system.
    • Check PTW quality and ensure related documents/information are attached prior submission to production.
    • Set personal example to all employees regarding commitment and importance of PTW systems within the organization.
    • Monitor compliance and implementation of PTW and LOTO system by CONTRACTOR and COMPANY.
    • Review CONTRACTOR work requests and ensure strict adherence to approval flow, timeframes, and other permitting requirements.
    • Liaise closely with the performing authority to ensure all the appropriate hazards and control have been identified for the task.
    • Conduct site inspections, particularly high-risk activities that should be checked daily for adherence to PTW requirements.
    • Pro-actively participate in task risk assessment/JSA and ensure its proper implementation.
    • Monitor the implementation of PTW/LOTO systems identifying anomalies and intervening as necessary to prevent conflict of work.
    • Work closely with CONTRACTOR, COMPANY Commissioning, HSE, Operations and SIMOPS Coordinator in the development of project execution procedures and implementation of the PTW management system.
    • Maintain good working relation with other PTW coordinators to facilitate learning across the projects and improvement of PTW system.
    • Ensure expired PTW are closed, cancelled, or renewed. Ensure availability, accuracy, and reliability of PTW status report.
    • Ensure timely registration of PTW to avoid delays in work. Ensure that adequate handover take place at shift change / crew change with regards to job status and isolation condition. Reporting any incident and ensuring that investigation is adequately conducted, and appropriate report submitted. Provide input to the lesson learnt register of F- DBN Project.
    • Stop any unsafe operation/situation and report immediately to SITE Management.

    Job Title: Senior Process Engineer - Turbine Island

    The Role:

    Reporting to the Turbine Island Lead, the Senior Process Engineer shall be responsible for the Turbine Island's Systems engineering design development activities. The Senior Process Engineer shall work closely with multidisciplined teams in supporting the development of the Turbine Island design deliverables that forms part of a Small Modular Reactor major development programme.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for preparing the process engineering task deliverables, and managing their scope, quality, safety and risk management deliverables in-line with the programme and engineering schedule.
    • Development of heat and material balances, process simulations, Process flow diagrams and P&ID's
    • Sizing and specification of process requirements for major process equipment, utility equipment and equipment packages that are interfacing or within the Turbine Island, and other Island system interfaces.
    • Develop functional requirements and process specifications for engineering designs using agreed engineering CAE/MEP software's, and process modelling tools.

    PROFILE

    Your Background:

    10 years' experience preferably in the nuclear or highly regulated industry such as oil and gas, process and the power sector. Experience and background in power plant design, turbine building and turbine balance of plant process equipment.

    Extensive discipline knowledge of process systems, chemicals, effluent, waste and gaseous exchanges and stored solids, and their delivery to facilitate value realisation of engineering design systems and plant considering the process design and construction, commissioning and operation and decommissioning.

    Experience in the production of process deliverables including flowsheets, process equipment schedule, instrument process data sheet, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Basis of Design (BoD)/Functional Specifications, process data sheet, calculation notes/sizing calculations (process vessels/tanks/pipes).

    Good experience in similar roles with specific emphasis on FEED through to detailed design and EPC.

    Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stake holders, and ability to identify and manage the critical interfaces on major projects.

    Good knowledge of UK Health and safety regulations, safety systems, HAZOP and engineering substantiation and technical standards

    Appreciation of PSSR and applicable ASME, European and UK codes and standards

    Personal Specification/Attributes

    The Role:

    Reporting to the Turbine Island Lead, the Senior Process Engineer shall be responsible for the Turbine Island's Systems engineering design development activities. The Senior Process Engineer shall work closely with multidisciplined teams in supporting the development of the Turbine Island design deliverables that forms part of a Small Modular Reactor major development programme.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for preparing the process engineering task deliverables, and managing their scope, quality, safety and risk management deliverables in-line with the programme and engineering schedule.
    • Development of heat and material balances, process simulations, Process flow diagrams and P&ID's

    PROFILE

    Your Background:

    10 years' experience preferably in the nuclear or highly regulated industry such as oil and gas, process and the power sector. Experience and background in power plant design, turbine building and turbine balance of plant process equipment.

    Extensive discipline knowledge of process systems, chemicals, effluent, waste and gaseous exchanges and stored solids, and their delivery to facilitate value realisation of engineering design systems and plant considering the process design and construction, commissioning and operation and decommissioning.

    Experience in the production of process deliverables including flowsheets, process equipment schedule, instrument process data sheet, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Basis of Design (BoD)/Functional Specifications, process data sheet, calculation notes/sizing calculations (process vessels/tanks/pipes).

    Good experience in similar roles with specific emphasis on FEED through to detailed design and EPC.
