Our People

MPH has specialized staff from 21 nationalities speaking 24 languages servicing clients across the globe. Many account managers bring their field and engineering work experience to provide unbeatable service to clients by not only understanding their needs but finding the right fit. Our recruitment specialists work across many disciplines and have the expertise to meet the client’s requirements successfully making it a win-win situation for both our clients and candidates.

Franck Ladegaillerie

CEO Franck Ladegaillerie, has been the front runner for MPH Global Services across the world. Before his appointment as Managing Director in 2018, Franck was specializing in the field of international development of French companies, with a major contribution on international development specialty at Assystem, France since 2005. His exuberant role at Assystem brought him to the UAE in 2013, as Senior Sales VP, and from 2018 onwards, MPH, a renowned technical recruitment services provider specialized in delivering complex energy transition projects, was led forward under Franck’s leadership. Franck’s experience as a key account manager for Assystem, led to him being a key figure in the energy industry. With Assystem’s steering management giving the opportunity to take the majority share, under Franck Ladegaillerie’s leadership and drive, MPH is beginning its new chapter.
 

Bernard JACOBIN

An industry expert with more than 30 years of experience in business development, Bernard Jacobin has a proven ability to foster relationships with C-Suite and senior executives in the oil & gas industry. Bernard, a process engineer, began his career in 1990 with Alphatem Services, the origin company of Assystem in France. During his tenure, he worked in various roles in the Sales department, and as a Quality Assurance Manager. The field knowledge he attained throughout his early career stood him well to take on the role of Director of Operations at MPH, France in 1997. In 2014, Bernard moved to Dubai and took over the position of Commercial Director, and now Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, he continues to develop business in the oil & gas, power generation sectors including Renewable Energy, and nuclear sectors across the globe. Bernard Jacobin has been a steadfast figure in the growth of MPH.
 

Nazneen Abdullah

Nazneen Abdullah has over a decade worth of experience in the Recruitment and Operations field. In her role as Chief Operations Officer of MPH, Nazneen brings in her vast experience and manages a team that services global accounts in the oil and gas, nuclear, defense, renewable energy and digital sectors. Her expertise in the field of Recruitment and Operations holds her in high regard with her colleagues for knowing the business inside out and for the development and retaining high performing talent in various industry sectors. Nazneen has been with MPH for than 15 years, and is one of the main pillars of growth and global recognition of MPH.
 

Halima Benamar

An experienced HR executive with over 20 years of experience, MPH Group HR Director, Halima Benamar has been a face of change for MPH. with her dynamic and refreshing thought process, Halima has been an initiator of building strong HR strategy, challenging the work environment and offering strategy to the management in building a new culture at the workplace. With previous experience in delivering HR Projects and being a diversity promotor, Halima’s main goal is to enhance a better work environment and bring in a better experience for each team member at MPH. Halima Benamar also introduced the MPH Social Committee, a platform for every MPH Team Member to express their ideas, and thoughts, and help in creating a wholesome work environment.
 

Julien Pichavant

A graduate of European Business School, Julien PICHAVANT began his career in 1995 as an internal auditor for Trader Classified Media, an international classified advertising company. He then joined the Engineering subsidiary of Areva Group, as a Financial Controller before moving to Assystem Group where he held several positions and was appointed CFO of Assystem Romania in 2007 to support the growth of the engineering activities and set up an offshore shared service center delivering financial and HR services to the group. Julien was appointed CFO of MPH group in July 2019, in charge of Financial Control, Treasury, Accounting and Legal Services. Julien and his team are effortlessly working on developing tailor-made solutions that mitigate complexity and risk for MPH customer’s international projects.
